Your consultation includes either an onsite or video conference walkthrough of your space; the discussion around your ideas and inspirations or goals will last approximately one hour.

If you are thinking about painting to spruce up your space but are unsure what direction to take (or which colors to pick), I'm happy to bring swatch decks over to discuss colors. If I will be painting for you, $25 of this fee will be applied toward painting services.

The concept development includes the time spent on creating a mood board that includes potential (or specific) product ideas discussed, paint colors if applicable, appropriate “theme” or “vibe” aesthetic vision, and a PDF floor plan.

The hourly rate boils down to project management and continued development. This includes but is not limited to: time spent with the client on new ideas for the project, time spent with contractors, permit collection as necessary, gathering materials, planning installations, shopping for product for a project (with or without the client, as necessary), and any additional leg work. This time will be cleared with the client before beginning.

Beyond envisioning your grand design lies the actual execution—a domain where the alignment of your shelves, the arrangement of gallery walls, and the installation wall treatments reign supreme. When it comes to installation services, I’m here to help!
Whether shelves with precision or the creation of a gallery wall that evokes awe, my installation services offer a comprehensive solution to your every spatial need. From wall treatments inspired by the latest Instagram or Pinterest trends you may have seen to the execution of timeless classics like board and batten, no task is trivial or out of the question.
Your questions, whether they’re small queries or big conundrums, are always welcomed! Should the need arise for specialized skills beyond my own, I have a network of trusted individuals ready to lend their expertise.

*Installation service pricing includes labor and necessary tools only. Fixtures / products / paint and supplies (including brushes, rollers, and tape) / lights / decorative accessories are not included.

This includes hanging up to 10 individual frames stemming from an agreed-upon layout. An additional $10 per frame is charged after that.

This includes hanging up to 3 shelves or ledges, each up to 5ft long. An additional $20 per shelf or ledge is charged after that.

Pricing is based on a 10'x15' room. Pricing will adjust for spaces larger than 10'x15' where the project scope or additional accent details or painting techniques will come into question.

This includes the removal and installation of a single ceiling fan. Additional fans incur an additional $150 charge.

This includes the installation of a singe drapery rod. For larger installations (i.e., three rods or more), discounted bulk rates may be discussed.

New draperies and bedding tend to come with fold marks and wrinkles. I will iron or hand-steam these on your behalf and re-hang (when appropriate) as well. Larger projects of 4 or more items can be discussed for a bulk discount.

Social media is full of ideas to be borrowed or copied. Accurate pricing for beadboard / board and batten / shiplap / wood trim wall designs / and trim work will be discussed on a per-project basis.

Accurate pricing for installing new hardware for cabinets, drawers, entry doors, and windows is based on the project scope.
